Wall Planks Return Policy

At Swiss Krono, we want your online shopping experience to be hassle free. You can buy with confidence, knowing that you may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is contact us and ship the item back to us. 

When do you give me a refund?
We will issue a return credit to you within 24 business hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please call email us at USBA.Info@swisskrono.com or call customer service at (866) 892-4633 to request an RMA number and to arrange return shipping.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. If an item is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at USBA.Info@swisskrono.com or call customer service at (866) 892-4633. We may ask you to return damaged product so please do not discard any damaged materials, including packaging, until we have substantiated the damage and determined whether we wish for you to return the product.

What can I return?
You may only return Items that are in new condition and in the original packaging. Please do not unbox or modify the cartons in any way.
We cannot accept returns for the below items:

  • Sale/Clearance Items
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)

How do I return my Order?
Please refer to the RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION instruction form that comes with each order.


  • For damaged product, please write “Package Damaged” on any paperwork even if your package appears only slightly damaged. You may also refuse delivery. If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately so that we can expect the return shipment. After we receive the refused delivery, we will send your replacement order.
  • If you notice missing or damaged items after you have received the package, please contact us. We usually have only a 48-hour window to file freight claims.
  • If you received a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue with a replacement, we will pay the return shipping costs.
  • If your product has a visual manufacturer’s defect, we will replace the defective material PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. Once you have installed your Designer Wall Planks, we will not accept any warranty claims for visual defects. Please refer to our limited warranty for complete warranty terms.
